Open to individuals who have internet access; are at least eighteen years of age on the date of entry and if under the Age of Majority in their state of residence (Age of Majority is eighteen in most states, but is nineteen in Alabama and Nebraska), have asked their parent or legal guardian for permission to enter; and are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
