Open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the forty-eight contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded) and the District of Columbia, who are at twenty-one years of age or older at time of entry.

Mailed entries must be postmarked between 12:01 a.m. US Pacific Time on January 1, 2022, and 11:59 p.m. US Pacific Time on April 30, 2022, and received by 11:59 p.m. US Pacific Time on May 5, 2022. There is a limit of one 3”x5” card per mailing envelope.
