The Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the house pictured and described on this Experience webpage (excluding any furnishings), which is located in the Tarzana neighborhood within Los Angeles, California, USA (the “Grand Prize”).

Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,350,000.00 (USD)

The Grand Prize Cash Alternative. If the Grand Prize Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Grand Prize, does not wish to accept one of the Grand Prize options presented by Sponsor (as applicable), or Sponsor determines that it cannot timely deliver the Grand Prize to the Grand Prize Winner, for any reason, including without limitation due to legal restrictions, a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $3,000,000.00 (USD) (the “Grand Prize Cash Alternative”).


Sub-Prizes

(i) Sub-Prize #1: Sub-Prize Winner will receive $50,000.00 (USD) (the “Sub-Prize #1”).

(A) Sub-Prize #1 ARV: $50,000.00 USD

(ii) Sub-Prize #2: Sub-Prize #2 Winner will receive a 2022 Aston Martin Vantage (“Sub-Prize #2”).

Any Taxes or Fees Covered: If delivered in the United States (“US"), the Sub-Prize #2 will be delivered with applicable US sales tax, shipping fees, and registration fees, paid. If the Sub-Prize Winner is a US resident, the Sub-Prize #2 will also include an additional cash payment of 25% of the ARV, excluding any cash component of the Sub-Prize #2 (as applicable), for Sub-Winner to use to pay required US income taxes.

Sub-Prize #2 ARV: $150,000.00 (USD)

Sub-Prize #2 Cash Alternative: If the Sub-Prize Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Sub-Prize #2, does not wish to accept one of the Sub-Prize #2 options presented by Sponsor (as applicable), or Sponsor determines that it cannot timely deliver the Sub-Prize #2 to the Sub-Prize Winner, for any reason, including without limitation due to legal restrictions, a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason, the Sub-Prize Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $112,500.00 (USD) (the “Sub-Prize #2 Cash Alternative”).

(iii) Sub-Prize #3: Sub-Prize Winner will receive a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance (“Sub-Prize #3”).

Any Taxes or Fees Covered: If delivered in the US, the Sub-Prize #3 will be delivered with applicable US sales tax, shipping fees, and registration fees, paid. If the Sub-Prize Winner is a US resident, the Sub-Prize #3 will also include an additional cash payment of 25% of the ARV, excluding any cash component of the Sub-Prize (as applicable), for Sub-Prize Winner to use to pay required US income taxes.

Sub-Prize #3 ARV: $72,990.00 (USD)

Sub-Prize #3 Cash Alternative: If the Sub-Prize Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Sub-Prize #3, does not wish to accept one of the Sub-Prize #3 options presented by Sponsor (as applicable), or Sponsor determines that it cannot timely deliver the Sub-Prize #3 to the Sub-Prize Winner, for any reason, including without limitation due to legal restrictions, a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason, the Sub-Prize Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $54,742.50 (USD) (the “Sub-Prize #3 Cash Alternative”).

Must be at least 18 years old to enter.

The maximum number of entries for any one person into this Experience (the “Entry Limit”) is (6,000), regardless of the method of entry. (Equal to 3 free entries)
