Grand Prizes: There are five (5) Grand Prizes available to be won. Each Grand Prize winner will receive groceries for a year that will be awarded as 50,000 Giant Flexible Rewards points each month for twelve (12) months (600,000 total Giant Flexible Rewards points to be distributed monthly over a twelve (12) month period). The ARV of each Grand Prize is $6,000.

Weekly Prizes: There are sixty-five (65) Weekly Prizes available to be won; five (5) Weekly Prizes per Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly Prize winner will receive 20,000 Giant Flexible Rewards points. The ARV of each Weekly Prize is $200.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $43,000.

Open to permanent legal residents of the states of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia (the “Eligible Geography”), who are age 18 or older at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) Entry per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address.

HOW TO ENTER

If you already have a Giant Flexible Rewards Account: Eligible participants who already have a Giant Flexible Rewards account as of the end of each Weekly Entry Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Existing Member Entry”).

If you do NOT have a Giant Flexible Rewards Account: Eligible participants who do not have a Giant Flexible Rewards account will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by upgrading their existing Giant Rewards account to a Giant Flexible Rewards account or by signing up online for a Giant Flexible Rewards account New Member Entry.
