ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize”): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”). Vacation consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for the Group from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s legal residence (as selected by Sponsor) (“Airport of Origin”) to the Orlando International Airport (with possible layovers); provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, air fare will not be provided for the Group; round trip ground transfer between the Orlando International Airport and Resort; provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, round trip ground transfer between the Orlando International Airport and Resort will not be provided for the Group; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive nights at a Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (daily parking at the Resort, if applicable, is included); one (1) welcome basket in Resort hotel room for the Grand Prize Winner only (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); up to four (4) 5-Day Resort theme park tickets with Park Hopper® Option; one (1) Resort VIP Tour Guide for up to eight (8) consecutive hours for the Group on one (1) day during the Vacation (guide, services and hours to be determined by Sponsor); one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD for the Grand Prize Winner only (subject to restrictions); and one (1) Memory Maker product which includes digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass® photos during the Vacation at select attractions (terms and conditions apply). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,901.04 USD.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).
