GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a party for up to twenty (20) people at the residence of the winner, unless Sponsor and Winner mutually agree to an alternative location. Sponsor has sole and complete discretion to deny an alternate location. The Sam’s Club Ultimate Tailgate (the “Event”) includes approximately two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) in food served from the Ultimate Tailgate Food Truck plus multiple tailgate games. Total length of the “Event” shall be 2 hours. “Event” must take place between October 20, 2021 and November 15, 2021. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,000.00.

WEEKLY PRIZES (8) (One (1) awarded per week): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive a custom branded cooler cornhole game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize package: $125.00. Total ARV of Weekly Prizes: $1,000.00

SECOND PRIZE (1): One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive a $500.00 Sam’s Club Gift Card. Total ARV of Second Prize: $500.00

THIRD PRIZE (1): One (1) Third Prize Winner will receive a $200.00 Sam’s Club Gift Card. Total ARV of Third Prize: $200.00

The total ARV of the Weekly Prizes, Third Prize, Second Prize and Grand Prize altogether is $3,700.00

Open only to persons who are legal residents of one of the Continental United States (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF ALASKA AND HAWAII WHO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER) or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of legal residence, whichever is older as of date of entry.
