Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C. (excluding, without limitation, residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age (or age of majority in his or her state) and older at the time of entry and existing DISH customers as of 8/30/21.
