Open only to legal residents of the United States as of August 16th, 2021, who, at the time of participation and entry, are at least the age of majority in their state of residence and reside in one or more of the states in which the Program is made available by the respective local BUBBL’R distributors.

Entrant must then follow the on-screen prompts to link to a TikTok video, Instagram video, or upload a video (60 seconds or less, 80 MB, in one of the following file formats: .MOV, .MPEG, .WMV, .MP4) (“Video”) declaring why they are deserving of a monetary prize to “boost their future” whether it be used for college scholarship funds, to start a business, to follow their passion, etc.
