One (1) Grand Prize Winner (each a “Winner”) will receive:
Two (2) concert tickets to see Tenille Townes at a US-based concert during the 2021 or 2022 calendar year (as determined mutually by the Winner and Sponsor);
One (1) travel voucher valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); and
The opportunity to attend a virtual meet & greet with Tenille Townes (“M&G”). The M&G will be scheduled at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and the artist.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all the Prizes is One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars.

Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (excluding all territories and possessions) who are at least twenty-one (21) as of August 13, 2021 and available for domestic air travel during calendar 2021 or 2022 are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
