Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, overseas military installations, and other U.S. territories) who at time of entry in their state of residence are the age of majority (19 in the states of Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in the state of Mississippi and 18 in all other states); possess a valid form of identification; and are a licensed driver.
