One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”): The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) one (1) Insomnia Cookies gift card, redeemable at all participating Sponsor locations and on Sponsor’s website or mobile application, with a retail value of one thousand dollars ($1,000), (ii) one (1) Insomnia Onesie, with a retail value of fifty-five dollars ($55.00), and (iii) one (1) Milk Pong Table, with a retail value of one hundred forty-nine dollars ($149.00). The total estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is twelve hundred and four dollars ($1,204.00) (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).

Five (5) Runner-up Prize Winners (“Runner-up Prize Winners”): Runner-up Prize Winners will receive: (i) one (1) Insomnia Cookies gift card, redeemable at all participating Sponsor locations and on Sponsor’s website or mobile application, with a retail value equivalent of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and (ii) one (1) Insomnia Onesie, with a retail value of fifty-five dollars ($55.00). The total estimated retail value of each Runner-up Prize is three hundred and five dollars ($305.00) (collectively, the “Runner-up Prize”).

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
