First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize available to be won. One (1) First Prize winner will receive two (2) LA Fitness 1-Year Membership Vouchers*. The total ARV of the First Prize is $1,000.

Second Prizes: There are 400 Second Prizes available to be won. Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) $50 Amazon.com Gift Card. The ARV of each Second Prize is $50.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $25,000.
