Five (5) Grand Prizes are available in the Game. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (21 years or older) to attend Octoberfest 2022 in Munich, Germany (“Grand Prize”) (ARV $14,550 ea. winner / Odds 1:161,000). Trip includes: round-trip economy-class air transportation for each winner and his/her guests between a major commercial airport near to the winner's residence and Munich, Germany; admission for four (4) to Octoberfest activities (exact activities to be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor); Sponsor-selected lodging consisting of two (2) rooms for four (4) nights (based on double occupancy) in Munich, Germany; and one (1) $1,000 pre-loaded, bank-issued gift card (for winner only - to be used for ground transportation and food expenses).

Open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (except residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Vermont and residents of Puerto Rico and United States territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Game Period, purchase and look inside specially-marked 12-packs of limited edition Samuel Adams Octoberfest for a Samuel Adams Octoberfest 12 oz. golden bottle containing a winning message and a winning game piece (“Game Piece”). If you find a Samuel Adams Octoberfest 12 oz. golden bottle and a winning Game Piece that states “CONGRATULATIONS! You have won a trip for four to 2022 Munich Germany Oktoberfest!”, then you win a Grand Prize (subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules). If you do not receive a Samuel Adams Octoberfest 12 oz. golden bottle that contains a winning message and a Game Piece, you are not a winner. Only official Game Pieces from the Samuel Adams Octoberfest Golden Tickets Promotion are eligible. All other game pieces are invalid and void; and use of same may constitute fraud.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To request a game piece and a copy of the Official Rules without making a purchase, send a self-address stamped envelope and mail it in an outer envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Samuel Adams Octoberfest Golden Tickets Promotion - Game Piece Request, Dept # 848028, P.O. Box 5053, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5053 (“Game Piece Request”). In submitting a Game Piece Request, you certify that you are (21) years of age or older at the time of submission. Game Piece Request must be postmarked by 10/31/21 and received by 11/6/21. Game Piece Requests will be honored until 11/6/21 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. All persons submitting a valid Game Piece Request will receive a randomly selected Game Piece Request notification via mail. (For the avoidance of doubt, fulfillment of a winning Game Piece Request will NOT include an actual bottle of Samuel Adams beer.) Should your Game Piece Request notification state “CONGRATULATIONS!
