Forty (40) prizes will be awarded (singularly a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”) in total [i.e., one (1) prize for each of forty (40) winners drawn], thirty-two (32) $100 American Express Gift Cards and eight (8) Apple iPad (approximate retail value of $430).

Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $6,640.

Must meet the following requirements: 1) provide all information requested in the online entry form; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules; 3) be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority under applicable law, whichever is older); and 4) be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law).
