Prize (1): a three day/two night trip for two people – winner and one guest who is twenty-one years of age or older – to the CMT Live In The Vineyard. Prize includes two CMT LITV 3-day passes (for winner and guest), food and non-alcoholic beverages while at CMT LITV, two nights standard hotel accommodations in a Napa-area hotel (single room, double occupancy), round-trip daily transfers between the hotel and CMT LITV, select artist meet and greets, and $1,000 made payable to the winner that may be used for transportation or other incidentals. ARV of the Prize is $10,000.

Offered only to legal United States residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.
