One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Artist’s concert at BottleRock Napa Valley 2021 from September 3-5, 2021 in Napa, California (the “Destination City”), consisting of: (i) if the winner’s residence is more than two hundred (200) miles outside of the Destination City, then the prize will include round-trip economy flight (the “Flight”) for the winner and his/her guest, leaving together from the same gateway from a U.S. airport within fifty (50) miles of winner’s home to an airport within fifty (50) miles of the Destination City; or, if the winner’s residence is two hundred (200) miles or less from the Destination City, the Flight will not form part of the prize and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the winner and the guest between the winner’s residence and the Destination City (Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $1,300); (ii) four (4) nights of hotel accommodation in or around the Destination City at a hotel to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion for the winner and his/her guest based on double occupancy (Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $2,200); (iii) two (2) 3-Day General Admission passes to BottleRock Napa Valley 2021 on September 3-5, 2021 (Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $814); (iv) one (1) Uber gift card in the amount of $200 (Approximate Retail Value: $200); (v) one (1) autographed set list from the Artist (Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $50); (vi) one (1) wine tasting session provided by JaM Cellars California (Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $100); and (vii) two (2) JaMPad Clubroom wristbands for pop-up acoustic sets during BottleRock Napa Valley (Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $250) (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value of Prize: $4,914).
