(5,000) Prize Winners (625 winners per Weekly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a credit back to his/her Chase account that the Zelle transaction was processed from in the amount of the Zelle transaction resulting in the winning entry (the amount of the eligible transaction posted from account), up to a maximum value of $150 or a minimum value of $5, but only to the extent that the account is open and in good standing at the time the prize is awarded. If a winner is a person who entered the Sweepstakes through the online method of entry, a check in the amount of $150 will be made payable to and sent to the person named on the online entry form.
