(5) Cooler Prize: Each Cooler Prize shall be comprised of one Igloo Latitude 16-qt. Cooler. Approximate Retail Value of each Cooler Prize: $47.75.

Grand Prize: a trip for the verified Grand Prize winner and three guests to meet Sean Evans in New York, NY, including round-trip transportation (coach air fare or limousine service) for the verified Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests, two rooms at a 3 or 4 star hotel in New York, NY for two nights, and one $1,000 prepaid gift card. Approximate Retail Value for the Grand Prize: $6,000. In the event that the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described, including the availability of Sean Evans, or any health-related concerns, Sponsor may award the Grand Prize Winner an alternate cash prize of $5,000, to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
