(4) Grand Prizes, will each consist of one Deep Eddy & Drinkworks “Block Party” to be held in the cities identified below on the identified predetermined dates at a venue of Sponsor’s choosing to include Entertainment, Food & Non-Alcoholic Drinks for the each of the Grand Prize Winners and (49) guests for up to (3) hours.

Eligibility for the Grand Prizes is limited to legal residents in the states of CA, IL, NJ, NY and TX.
