One Hundred Eighty (180) Grand Prizes (thirty (30) per Participating Retailer) (each, a “Prize”): Each winner will receive a summer grilling package that includes: a JBL portable Bluetooth speaker, a $10 Apple Gift Card, a grilling utensil kit and an apron. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $150.00.

Total ARV of prizes per Participating Retailer: $4,500.00.

Open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of primary residence (at least 18 years old in all states or district except AL and NE (at least 19 years old) and MS (at least 21 years old) at the time of entry.
