PRIZES: There are four Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize is 1,000,000 MileagePlus Miles and $7,750 awarded in the form of a check. ARV of each prize: $27,750. Total ARV of all prizes: $111,000.

Nominator must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) at time of submitting a Nomination. To be eligible, a Nominee must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) at time of nomination and an Essential Healthcare Worker.

Limit 20 Nominations per Nominator during the Contest Period, and a Nominee may be nominated by more than one Nominator.

Nominate yourself (if you are an Essential Healthcare Worker) or nominate another Essential Healthcare Worker. You must also submit an essay telling us why your Nominee (whether you are nominating yourself or someone else) deserves recognition.
