(4) Different prize kits. A total of 104 of each Prize Kit will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Prize Kits consist of the following:

Each Art Prize Kit contains: a) a selection of art supplies (e.g. sidewalk chalk, paints, colored pencils, etc.); b) an adjustable easel; c) an art smock (child size – large); and d) a friendship bracelet set. ARV of each Art Prize Kit is $175.00. Total ARV of all available Art Prize Kits is $18,200.00.
(104) Sports Prize Kits. Each Sports Prize Kit contains: a) a volleyball and volleyball net; b) a soccer ball and goal set; c) an inflatable bowling set and d) one headband and two armbands. ARV of each Sports Prize Kit is $230.00. Total ARV of all available Sports Prize Kits is $23,920.00.

Each Science Prize Kit contains: a) a portable planetarium; b) a chemistry set; c) a telescope; d) a coding starter pack; e) a lab coat (child size – large); and f) a pair of goggles. ARV of each Science Prize Kit is $375.00. Total ARV of all available Science Prize Kits is $39,000.00.
(104) Music Prize Kits. Each Music Prize Kit consists of: a) a pair of wireless headphones; b) a beginner pack ukulele; c) an electronic keyboard; d) a karaoke machine; and d) a DJ turntable set. ARV of each Music Prize Kit is $475.00. Total ARV of all available Music Prize Kits is $49,400.00.

Mail-In Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without making a purchase, hand print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP Code and date of birth, along with your Prize Kit selection on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper, place it into a standard outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail to: Quaker Camp Chewy Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 5960, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5960 (“Mail-In Entry”). The final date by which Mail-In Entries must be postmarked to be included in a prize drawing is September 17, 2021; the final date by which Mail-In Entries must be received to be included in a prize drawing is September 24, 2021. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope.
