(1) GRAND PRIZE: Each Grand Prize shall consist of one Golden Tee Golf Machine and one HD TV. ARV of each Grand Prize: $4595 total ($3595 Golden Tee Golf Machine and $1000 HD TV). Total ARV of all prizes: $4595.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the states of Alabama, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.
