ONE (1) PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): A four (4) day / three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (individually, "Guest," the Guest and Winner shall collectively be referred to as the "Group") to Orlando, Florida ("City") to visit Walt Disney World® Resort near City ("Prize"). Prize travel must take place from June 14, 2021 through June 14, 2022 on dates selected by Winner and approved by Sponsor and consist of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/ double occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on availability; [2] two (2) 4-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; Based on availability. [3] one (1) Disney Gift Card for Winner only with a value of two hundred twenty five dollars ($225.00) subject to restrictions; [4] if Winner's residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from City, round-trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) for the Group on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner's residence ("Airport of Origin") and Orlando International Airport; but if Winner's residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from City, then air transportation or any other form of transportation will not be provided to the Group, and [5] one (1) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via town car when air transportation is provided. If the Prize is awarded to a nonresident of California, the Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $325.57, which will be withheld to defray payment of California nonresident withholding tax payable as a result of winning the Prize. ARV (if Winner is a resident of California): $4,650.98, or $4,976.55 (if Winner is not a resident of CA), which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in your primary state of residence (whichever is older) as of date of entry; be a legal resident of, and physically residing in one of the fifty (50) states of the United States or the District of Columbia.

Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/per Address/per day for each day during the Entry Period, regardless of whether one person has more than one (1) Address or more than one (1) person uses the same Address and regardless of how many Accounts a person may have.
