One (1) Grand Prize (as defined herein) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, as follows:

Two (2) tickets to one (1) regular season NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball game ("Game") of winner's choosing (from select game options, at Sponsor's sole discretion);

Two (2) roundtrip domestic airfare tickets to and from the city in which the Game is played;

Two (2) nights of standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room); and

One (1) set of four (4) light/passenger tires from Sponsor

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($3,500 USD).

Offered and open only to persons legally residing in the United States or District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of entry in this Sweepstakes (nineteen (19) years of age if a resident of AL or NE; twenty-one (21) years of age if a resident of MS).

There is a limit of one (1) entry per entrant.
