There will be twenty (20) prizes (“Prizes,” each a “Prize”) awarded to Winners; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Land ¼ Zip Jacket; and one (1) Land Tumbler. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one hundred-fifteen dollars (USD $115).

ERV of all Prizes is two thousand three hundred dollars (USD $2,300).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
