The grand prize winner will receive the following: two (2) autographed authentic reverse retro Blackhawks jerseys. The identity of the autograph signer shall be determined by Chicago Blackhawks in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $1,500.00.

Open only to legal residents of the states of Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, or Wisconsin or who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry.
