(1) GRAND PRIZE: A $10,000 check. ARV: $10,000 USD.
If the winner is not a resident of the United States, Sponsor will deduct 30% of the value of the prize ($3,000 USD) and remit it to the IRS (the United States tax agency) as required by law. Winner will therefore only receive a check of $7,000 USD.
