Mail-in Alternate Method: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, date of birth, which Game Entry Period you are entering, and two (2) numbers from 0 to 9 (either 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9) on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Heinz Squares,” c/o Merkle, Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Department 846501, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. You must also list out the Game Entry Period for which you are entering on the outside of the envelope, (e.g., “Game Entry Period 1”). If you do not indicate a Game Entry Period on the outside of the envelope, your entry will be voided, and you will not receive any entries into the Sweepstakes.
