(2) Grand Prize winners who will receive either one tuition voucher to Bethel School of Technology or one tuition voucher to Stony Brook School. Bethel Prize has an approximate retail price of $15,900.00 USD. The Stony Brook Prize has an $16,000.00 USD.

Open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (except that residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least 19 years of age at the time of entry and residents of Mississippi must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry).
