Every shelter that makes a nomination will have a chance to win and the first 100 will receive ARM & HAMMER Cat Litter. Three winning cats will be selected based on the number of online votes and a panel of judges. The adoptive parent(s) of each winning cat will receive counseling services from cat behaviorist Bennett, and ARM & HAMMER will donate $10,000 to each of the winning shelters for a total of $30,000!

(3) Winners win a year’s supply of ARM & HAMMER cat litter.

Open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia, but specifically excluding the territory of Puerto Rico) who are aged eighteen and over as of the date of entry.

One entry per person/family/household.

Local shelters across the country are invited to nominate their most overlooked cats by submitting a story or one-minute video about why that cat is purrfectly impurrfect to help put them in the spotlight.
Cat lovers are invited to help spread the word to their local shelters to make a nomination or nominate on behalf of the shelter.
