(4) Winners. Each winner consists of (4) pairs of Dearfoams 2020 Limited Edition Matching Family Slippers, our 2020 Limited Edition Teddy Bear, and a $250 cash gift card. Prizes will be mailed to winners after successful completion of Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release/Tax forms. ARV of each prize is approximately $430 ($1,720 total).

Open to legal residents of the United States contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry.
