GRAND PRIZE(S). During the 2020 MLB NLCS, the Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize, comprised of a 2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B RV, each time an MLB batter hits a legal home run during official NLCS game play that makes a “direct hit” on the “Hit It Here” Sign placed by Sponsor and/or MLB. If no MLB batter hits the “Hit It Here” Sign during an official NLCS game, then no Grand Prize will be awarded for that game. If the “Hit It Here” Sign is not hit during the entire NLCS, the Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing the day after the conclusion of the NLCS from all eligible entrants to the Sweepstakes to pick one (1) Grand Prize winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $10,995.00 US.

Open to all legal residents of the fifty U.S. states, District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or of the age of majority (whichever is older) in their state of residence at the time of entry and have a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.

Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses, phone numbers or physical addresses the entrant may own.

HOW THE SWEEPSTAKES WORKS: During official games of the 2020 MLB National League Championship Series, a “Hit It Here!” sign (the “Sign”) will be placed in an area (chosen by MLB Entities and the Sponsor) beyond an outfield wall of any stadium used during the NLCS. The exact location of the Sign may change from game to game, at the Sponsor’s discretion. For each NLCS game, if an MLB player hits a legal home run where the home run ball hit by such player makes a “direct hit” on the Sign, Sponsor or Administrator will conduct a random drawing to award a Grand Prize. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator from all eligible entries received from the start of the Sweepstakes until one (1) hour before the start of the applicable NLCS baseball game. Sponsor will notify a potential Grand Prize winner by phone, email and/or mail. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with Official Rules, a potential Grand Prize winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. For each game played in the NLCS (up to seven {7} games), the “Hit It Here” Sign will be available to hit. Every time the Sign takes a “direct hit” by a home run ball during an NLCS game, the same process will be used to determine the eligible entrants and conduct the random drawing to determine an additional Grand Prize winner. Alternatively, if the “Hit It Here” Sign is not hit during any NLCS game(s), or If any or all NLCS games are cancelled, Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing the day after the conclusion of the final scheduled game of the NLCS from all eligible entrants to the Sweepstakes to pick one (1) Grand Prize Winner.
