Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded: On or about November 17, 2020, two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize entries. Each Grand Prize winner will receive $1000 in VISA gift cards (ARV of each Grand Prize is $1000; total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $2000). Each Grand Prize winner will also have the opportunity to direct a donation by Sponsor to a qualified food bank in the amount of $1000.

Sixty (60) Instant Win prizes will be awarded: There will be sixty random computer-generated winning times during the Sweepstakes Period. If you are the first eligible participant to enter at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be an Instant Winner. If you are an Instant Winner, you will immediately see a notification on your screen. Each Instant Win prize consists of a $10.00 VISA gift card. The ARV for each Instant Win Prize is $10.00. The total ARV for all Instant Win Prizes is $600.

Total ARV of all Prizes is $2,600.00.

Open only to those participants who are: (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and (ii) who are at least 18 years old.
