Sponsor will award a Volvo car (“Prize”) to one (1) winner and a $10,000 gift card to cover taxes (gift card amount depends on ARV/Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the car).

The ARV/Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Prize is dependent on the vehicle model Entrant builds and the Prize that is ultimately awarded and is $81,095. The ARV of the Prize is $91,095.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Valid United States driver’s license required to claim the prize.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must visit nyrr.org (“Website”) and complete and submit the registration page to register for the Virtual TCS New York City Marathon (“Marathon”). Entrant is not required to actually run in or complete the Virtual TCS New York City Marathon in order to enter this Sweepstakes. Once entrant has completed registration on the Website, entrant must then visit volvocars.com (“Volvo Website”) and follow the links and instructions to build his/her own Volvo car. Once an entrant has completed his/her feature selections, entrant must follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes registration form.
