(1) Grand Prize Drawing Period Prize: Winner will receive a trip for winner and one guest to attend the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards. Trip includes: two tickets to the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, $500 in spending money, round trip coach airfare from a major airport near winner’s residence for winner and guest to the VMAs host city and 2 nights/3 days hotel accommodations at a Sponsor specified hotel (one room, double occupancy). ARV: $3,700.

(6) Drawing Period prizes (one per Drawing Period): Each winner will receive one $250 Sponsor-specified gift card.

Total ARV of all prizes: $5,200.

Open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
