Five Winners will receive a dinner place set (the “Prize”) and one grand prize winner will receive a Chef Cooked Meal at Home (the “Grand Prize”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, no wine or other alcoholic beverages are part of the Prize or Grand Prize. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Dinner Place Set is
$75.00 & the Chef Cooked Meal is $500.00.

The combined ARV of all prizes is $875.00 (including shipping)

Must be a lawful permanent resident of AZ, AR, CO, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NB, NV, NM, ND, OH, OK, SD, TX, & WI and 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
