(200) PRIZES [(11) awarded per Weekly Entry Period with the exception of the last Weekly Entry Period, for which there will be (24) Prizes awarded]: A $25,000 check made payable to the qualified Restaurant.

Total value of all Prizes is $5,000,000.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories and Possessions, who are at least the age of majority in his/her/their state of residence at the time of entry.

Limit five entries per Social Media Platform account; however, Entries submitted to the same Social Media Platform must consist of a unique entry (can be of same Restaurant but photo/caption must be unique for each entry).

Nominate Black-owned restaurants that you know of that could use a $25,000 award. Winning restaurants must be at least 50% Black-owned. Restaurants must be located in one of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. or U.S. Territories and Possessions.
