One (1) winner from each Entry Period (for a total of six (6) winners) will each receive a Tempur-Pedic® mattress and adjustable base. Winner will choose from select Tempur-Pedic® mattresses in one of six sizes. Prize includes the foundation for the selected mattress ($1,899- $4,099 Approx. Retail Value).

Open to: legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.
