The Sweepstakes will award two (2) grand prizes (the "Prizes") which each consists of one (1) Apple AirPod Pro. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (US$250.00). Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is Five Hundred Dollars (US$500.00).

Offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.
