Open and offered to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 16 years of age or older, and are
enrolled as an undergraduate student (for at least 6 credit hours per semester) as of May 1, 2021 at an eligible, accredited two- or four-year U.S. brick and mortar college or university (specifically excluding trade, vocational and online only schools).
