The prize shall consist of (i) Ten Thousand Dollars (USD $10,000) to be delivered by check, and (ii) a Virtual White Wedding Ceremony, with a pre-recorded performance of a song from Billy Idol (collectively, the “Prize”). The Virtual White Wedding Ceremony shall consist of a Zoom or equivalent video-conferencing app session for up to one hour for the Couple and up to 40 guests. Billy Idol is scheduled to provide a pre-recorded version of his song White Wedding, but may be prevented in doing so due to circumstances beyond his control. In such event, Sponsor and Mr. Idol reserve the right (but not the obligation) to secure another person or song in his place. The Virtual White Wedding has no retail value.

The aggregate ARV of the entire Prize is USD $10,000.

Open only to persons who as of the Start Date (and, if selected a Winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment) (i) are 18 years of age or older, and (ii) have had their wedding plans impacted by the COVID-19 virus Pandemic.

Each Submission must be original and unique and must be submitted only once.
