Prize Details
(1) Grand Prize Winner: the home located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home 2020” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) ARV: $1,391,424); $100,000 and a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB automobile (MSRP: $61,150).
Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000. If Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Mercedes-Benz Prize.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $1,552,574 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home 2020 or $761,150 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home 2020.
