The Sweepstakes will award five (5) grand prizes (the "Prizes"). Each Prize consists of one (1) Sony-WH-1000XM3-headphones. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is Three Hundred Dollars (SU$300.00).

The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (US$1,500.00).

Offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec); (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.
