One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded via the Grand Prize Drawing: Two (2) general-admission passes to six (6) music festivals of winner’s choice within the continental United States, subject to availability (the “Music Festival Passes”). Winner must select and request passes to all Music Festival Passes prior to December 31, 2020 or any unclaimed portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Additional information on how to request the Music Festival Passes shall be provided to winner once he/she has been verified as the official winner. Winner’s guest for each music festival must be eighteen (18) years of age (nineteen [19] if a resident of AL or NE) or older. Transportation and accommodations are not included and are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Any other expenses or items not specifically listed is the responsibility of winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00. Winner may take a cash alternative of $5,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) (“Cash Alternative”) in lieu of the Music Festival Passes.

Sixty eight (68) Instant-Win Prizes will be awarded (one (1) per day for each day of the Promotion Period), each consisting of two (2) movie tickets to see “DreamWorks Trolls World Tour” awarded via Fandango Promotional Codes.* ARV: $30.00.

Total ARV of all prizes is $7,040.00.
