Grand Prize Award (Maximum 5 winners – one per Festival): Each grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to attend the Sponsor designated Festival during the Sponsor designated travel dates (travel dates subject to change, and at Sponsor’s sole determination and discretion). Each grand prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) not to exceed $2,750, and includes:

Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the metro area where the designated Festival is being held.

· Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;

Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the metro area where the designated Festival is being held (based upon availability);

· Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability;

Two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to the designated Festival.


First Prize Award (Maximum 5 winners – one per Festival): Each first prize winner shall receive:

Two (2) general admission 3-day tickets to the designated Festival.

ARV of each first prize: $350 or $650 (AfterShock Festival). ARV of all available first prize awards: $2,050.

Total ARV of all available prize awards: $15,800.

Open only to legal residents of, and who are located within, the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID.

Maximum of one entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.
