Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a trip package for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (any guest who has not yet reached the age of majority in their state of residence must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian) (each, a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”) to Miami, FL in order to attend the JoJo Siwa D.R.E.A.M. The Tour concert on May 23, 2020 (the “Event”). The Grand Prize shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami, FL; (ii) two (2) nights/three (3) days standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only) (the “Hotel”); (iii) roundtrip ground transportation to/from Grand Prize Winner’s residence & airport, Miami airport & Hotel and Hotel & the Event; (iv) four (4) general admission tickets to the Event taking place on May 23, 2020 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL; and , (v) one (1) piece JoJo Siwa luggage. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,004.99.

First Prizes (20): Each First Prize shall consist of a “JoJo Siwa Worldwide Party Remix” prize pack composed of one (1) of each of the following items: (i) Jojo Loves Hairdorables - D.R.E.A.M. Limited Edition Doll; (ii) JoJo Siwa Light Up Microphone; (iii) JoJo Siwa Sunglasses; and (iv) a set of JoJo Siwa Hair Bows. Total ARV of each First Prize is $48.95; the total ARV for all First Prizes is $969.01.

The total ARV of all Prizes is $4,974.00.

Must be: (i) a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; and (ii) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside (nineteen [19] years old in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one [21] years old in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
