Forty (40) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to view a live taping of The Voice (“Live Episode”). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for up to two (2) nights, and two (2) tickets to a Live Episode. If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of Los Angeles, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation (no additional compensation). The number of hotel-night stays shall be solely determined by Sponsor (or its designated travel agency), based on available flights and arrival times into Los Angeles, California on the day of the winner’s designated Live Episode. If no air transportation is required based on winner’s residency, that winner shall receive only one (1) night of double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Live Episodes are currently scheduled to occur on the following dates: May 4, 5, 12, 18, or 19, 2020 (subject to change). Winner must attend the Live Episode designated by NBC, in its sole discretion, or prize will be forfeited. The Live Episode date designated to each winner shall be determined by the order in which winners are drawn (e.g. first drawn shall be assigned to the first available date) or as determined by NBC in its sole discretion. No particular location or area of seating within the general audience is guaranteed. There will be no substitutes if the winner is unable for any reason to attend the event. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be required to sign additional paperwork (including, without limitation, an image release). Attendance is subject to attendee(s) complying with the policies and instructions of Finnmax, NBC, or Universal Studios. Winner must be able to attend the designated Live Episode and travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited. Date and/or time of Live Episode is subject to change and/or cancellation. NBC reserves the right to change the date and time of any Live Episode subject to production exigencies. If winner chooses to attend the Live Episode with no guest, the remaining elements of the prize awarded shall constitute full satisfaction of the prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: Up to $3,000.00 (no value is associated with the tickets).
One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Bluetooth Speaker with a LAY’S® and The Voice branded wrap. ARV of each First Prize: $24.00.

Open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age (nineteen [19] years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) or older at the time of participation.

A. Purchase Method of Participation: A Combined Code is required to participate via this method. During the Promotion Period, purchase any bag of LAY’S® Potato Chips (2.5 ounce – 8.0 ounce bags) and look for the Combined Code. A Combined Code consists of the bell-marker code located below the “guaranteed fresh” statement on the front of the bag and the last five (5) digits (between the black bar) of the UPC code on the back of the same bag (“Combined Code”).
Upon obtaining a Combined Code, and during the Promotion Period, go to LaysAndTheVoice.com (“Web Site”). Follow the on-screen instructions to register and input your Combined Code and then properly submit an online play to determine if you have won a prize (subject to verification) (“Play” or “Combined Code Play”).
B. No Purchase Necessary/Free Method of Participation: A Combined Code is required to participate via this method. To obtain a Combined Code without making a purchase, send a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address, to be received by April 13, 2020, to: “Lay’s Turn Up The Flavor Combined Code Request, PO Box 760006, Dept. 880-790, El Paso, TX 88576-0006”. One (1) Combined Code will be emailed to the email address provided. Limit one (1) free Combined Code request per stamped-outer envelope in accordance with the entry limits set forth below. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, unintelligible or undelivered mail or Combined Code requests or Combined Codes.
Upon obtaining a Combined Code, and during the Promotion Period, go to LaysAndTheVoice.com (“Web Site”). Follow the on-screen instructions to register and input your Combined Code and then properly submit an online play to determine if you have won a prize (subject to verification) (also a “Play” or “Combined Code Play”).
C. Watch The Voice: A Combined Code is NOT required to participate via this method. On each Monday at 9:00:00 a.m. CT, during the Promotion Period, visit the Web Site (defined above) to view the weekly question pertaining to that evening’s episode of The Voice. The answer to the applicable weekly question will be in that evening’s episode of The Voice on NBC. To play for a chance to win a prize, visit the Web Site to submit your answer to the weekly question. There will be four (4) answer options for each weekly question and you will have four (4) opportunities to answer each week. You are not required to watch The Voice on NBC to obtain your Weekly Question Play. Upon submitting the correct answer, you will have properly submitted an online play to determine if you have won a prize (subject to verification) (also, a “Play” or “Weekly Question Play”). You must submit your answer to the current week’s question prior to the following Monday’s post of the new weekly question. Once the weekly question changes; submissions for the previous week’s question are not allowed. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “week” is defined as a Monday through the following Sunday, with the exception of the last week of the Promotion Period which shall end on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.
