Winner will receive (for winner and one [1] guest) two (2) reserved box seat tickets to attend the Kentucky Derby horse race projected to be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 in Louisville, KY (actual date of the Kentucky Derby horse race has not been finalized; based on the timing of previous years’ Kentucky Derby horse races, Sponsor believes that the 2021 version of the Kentucky Derby horse race will take place on the indicated date; actual date of the 2021 Kentucky Derby horse race will be confirmed after winner notification). Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 48 Contiguous United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to the trip.
