One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the Grand Prize winner. ARV of the Grand Prize: $10,000.

First Prize: One (1) First Prize winner will receive $2,500 cash to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the First Prize winner. ARV of the First Prize: $2,500.

Second Prize: One (1) Second Prize winner will receive $1,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check payable to the Second Prize winner. ARV of the Second Prize: $1,000.
ARV of all prizes being offered: $13,500.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.

Determining Winners in the Hallmark Channel’s Merry Madness Christmas Movie Sweepstakes: There are a total of one hundred ninety-two (192) points available to be earned. The eligible Participant with the greatest number of cumulative points in the Sweepstakes will be determined to be the potential Grand Prize Winner, the eligible Participant with the second highest number of cumulative points will be determined to be the potential First Prize Winner; and the eligible Participant with the third highest number of cumulative points will be determined to be the potential Second Prize Winner. If there is a tie between Participants for any of the prizes, a winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the tied Participants.
